These terms apply to your use of the Elements & Order website and to enquiries made through it.

The website

The pages on this site describe an independent, online-first consultancy for culinary evaluation, food quality improvement and hospitality standards. They are general information. Browsing them, or sending an enquiry, does not by itself create a contract.

Enquiries

Submitting the consultation form, or emailing us, is an initial enquiry. The form is provided by Google, and responses are stored in the Google Sheet linked to that form. It does not confirm a booking, a fee, or a service engagement. Work begins only after the scope, objectives, deliverables and the information required have been agreed with you in writing.

What a remote review is

Consultations are conducted online. A remote review is based on an agreed scope and on information, photographs and records you choose to provide. It is not:

• a physical inspection, laboratory analysis or formal certification;
• a guarantee of food safety or regulatory compliance;
• an independent verification of taste, texture, temperatures, hygiene conditions, pest activity, equipment condition or on-site working practices, which photographs and records cannot confirm;
• a hands-on competency assessment or a professional certification through online training.

Independence

Elements & Order is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Taj Hotels, or any previous employer of its founder.

Materials you share

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share and for having the right to share it. We use it for the enquiry and for any work that is later agreed.

Materials on this website

The text, logo and design of this website belong to Elements & Order. Please do not copy them for another business without written permission. Photographs used to illustrate types of business are stock images. They do not depict clients.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elements & Order is not liable for decisions made solely from the general information on this website. Recommendations made during an agreed engagement are professional opinions based on the materials supplied, within the limits of remote consulting described above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
